Viewed the vehicle and it was clear it needed some cosmetic preparation, this was all honored and was done to a high standard, nothing was missed and everything which was promised was delivered. Staff were very friendly and helpful, no pushiness. Communication over the 10 days was great, I wasn’t in a rush to have the car. Helpful when handing over the vehicle, explained all paperwork in great detail. Special mention to Harry who dealt with me the most. From the moment I contacted Riverside they were fantastic, extremely friendly and approachable. They confirmed over the phone that the car I was looking at was still available and answered all questions about it honestly, no pressure was put upon me and no pressure sales techniques. I arranged a visit with Harry who was a gentleman and a pleasure to meet and do business with. On inspection of the vehicle it was as described in both the autotrader advert and over the phone. I was allowed to look around the vehicle entirely, unhindered and on my own before being offered a test drive again no pressure sales they let the car do the talking and let you decide giving help when and if required. I decided to buy the vehicle as it was in mint condition apart from the front bumper which was heavily stone chipped, but again Harry was on hand to deal with that getting it repaired before he would let me collect it. They did a full service and MOT on the vehicle replacing all four pads and discs as they where not happy with the depth left on them and sorting out some other technical issues. You can not ask for better than that. The service I experienced at Riverside car sales was second to none and made buying the car a pleasure. Special mention has to go to Harry who was fantastic and a real asset to them. I will buy a car from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Absolute pleasure!

Buying a new car from Riverside Car Sales was a smooth, pleasurable experience. There was absolutely no pressure applied by the sales staff who just gave me the key to have a good look around the car. Charlie was a lovely, genuine person who is not at all like your typical car salesman. They are serious about their business of selling excellent used cars, but make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a new quality car. I was particularly impressed by the Operations Manager who gives each customer his full attention!
